  • Eligibility: Access to the platform is restricted to enrolled students, their authorized parents or guardians, and academy staff.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the school administration immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when utilizing the application and to update your information promptly if it changes.

3. Services Provided

The application is provided as a tool for educational administration. Features include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to academic records, grades, and attendance tracking.
  • Communication channels between the academy, students, and parents.
  • Processing of tuition and fee payments.
  • Delivery of administrative notices and critical updates.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Third-Party Gateways: All financial transactions are processed through verified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). Asom Jnanbhumi Academy does not store your sensitive financial data (such as full credit card numbers or UPI PINs) on our servers.
  • Refund Policy: Payments made through the application are subject to the academy’s standard fee and refund policies. Technical errors during transactions should be reported to the administration immediately for resolution.
  • Transaction Fees: Any convenience fees or charges levied by the payment gateway or your bank are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

While using the platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local or national laws.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including staff, students, or other parents, through the communication features.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures, hack, or interfere with the proper functioning of the application.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, logos, and graphics within the application are the exclusive property of Asom Jnanbhumi Academy and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asom Jnanbhumi Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party payment gateway failures or service interruptions.
  • Server downtimes, software bugs, or network issues.

8. Modifications to the Application and Terms

Asom Jnanbhumi Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, the academy, or third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Assam, India.
